This fascinating article takes a look at recent studies into the Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (E.R.A) a test that is supposed to help doctors decide when is the best time for an embryo transfer. It’s a rather expensive add on, but many have questioned if it is effective for first-time IVF patients, with some studies already showing that the cost is not worth the results.
